I recently toured this venue with my cousin and while the outside was gorgeous the inside was underwhelming. First off the entrance has epoxy flooring which already cheapened the look, then the little waiting space had tacky grey couches. The ceremony space had clear acrylic chairs that were showing signs of oxidation, but they said they were thinking of replacing those. Overall the interior finishes were cheap, dated, and showing heavy wear.

I think the venue itself is absolutely stunning, which is the main reason I am giving it two stars. Unfortunately, my experience with communication and customer service was very disappointing. No one informed me that the original person I had been working with was no longer with the company, and when the issue was brought to their attention, there seemed to be very little accountability. There were several instances where I felt information was either overlooked or not properly communicated. For example, I was charged for a halo décor installation even though my décor team had already discussed those plans with the venue. I was later given a $1,000 discount, but the charge still impacted my refundable deposit. I was also charged approximately $6,000 for non-alcoholic beverages for 250 guests, which felt excessive. Throughout the planning process, I frequently had to repeat details because items I had previously discussed were forgotten. On the wedding day, the room designated for my photo booth was supposed to be cleared out, but it was not, making the space feel crowded and taking away from the overall presentation. I also paid for a red carpet entrance, but it was never set up. Another issue was that the restrooms repeatedly ran out of toilet paper. My coordinator had to make multiple requests for the supplies to be restocked for guests, but the issue was not addressed promptly. My coordinator also shared that the venue staff did not seem particularly welcoming or helpful on the wedding day, which was disappointing given the level of service we expected. Overall, while the venue is beautiful and photographs wonderfully, I found the service, communication, and organization lacking. For the price charged, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and attention to detail. The venue's beauty is exceptional, but the overall experience left me disappointed. Sincerely a Bride Responding here since I can’t reply to you Responding to me three months later, despite multiple follow-up emails, did not give the impression that my file was promptly reassigned to a new team member. There were three separate occasions where your team failed to respond to me, and one of those instances resulted in my coordinator driving from Houston to the venue for clarification on issues that should have been addressed through proper communication. That was not part of her contracted responsibilities. So yes the 1000 discount was given just for your team to follow up with a missed reply and had my coordinator drive to Dallas again. Additionally, I met with Maddy and specifically informed your team that the venue furniture would be removed and that my décor team would be installing a halo backdrop. Despite that discussion, I was informed on the day of my wedding that I would be charged an additional $500 because your team was unaware of the halo installation. We have email conversations about the red carpet entry. The fee itself was not the issue. The issue was the lack of communication and organization. Similarly, the $6,000 non-alcoholic beverage fee was not disclosed to me until approximately two weeks before my wedding. The final head count was submitted way before then. The timing of that disclosure is what prompted my complaint. Major costs and policy-related information should have been communicated much earlier in the planning process, not shortly before the event when there was little opportunity to adjust plans or make informed decisions. Throughout this process, I repeatedly raised concerns about communication failures, yet your responses consistently seemed to minimize or deflect responsibility rather than fully acknowledge the impact these issues had on my wedding planning experience. A sincere acknowledgment of those failures would have gone much further than the explanations I received.
