Ashton Gardens is an exquisite place for the perfect wedding. The facility is beautiful. The chapel has 3 glass walls that bring nature to your wedding without the affects of the Texas weather. The reception was lovely. The reception hall also provides beautiful outdoor views with a large room that is flexible for your creative layout and design. My daughter's goal for her wedding was simple and elegant. This place absolutely delivered. As for the staff, they were wonderful. Encouraged by the team, we attended the vendor fair so we could taste and see what was available. This really helped with planning. Raven was our main wedding planner; however, she was on maternity leave for a bit so other members of the planning team stepped up to the plate. Attention to detail and timely communication were the keys to success. On the day of the wedding, Raven was on top of it every step of the way. Raven did an amazing job along with all the others who assisted to make Avery and Trent's wedding a special day.

My husband and I got married this past weekend at Ashton Gardens and it was, without a doubt, the most magical day of our lives. The venue is stunning — lots of windows and greenery, beautiful staircases, a spacious bridal suite, and that ballroom is just so gorgeous. While the venue is truly breathtaking, though, what really stood out was the planning team Walter's provided us. Our officiant, Matthew was a great match for us and provided a wonderful ceremony. Our DJ, Michael brought so much energy and life to the party and was incredibly accommodating, adjusting to things I provided him just a couple days prior or even that morning. He played all our must have songs and I could tell he is so passionate about what he does! Our photographer, Jose was so much fun! He jumped in and kept us on schedule but somehow never made us feel rushed. He went above and beyond and even provided solutions to wardrobe issues with the groomsmen. He got all the photos we wanted, and even some that family wanted, too. Our operations coordinator, Carlena was a gem. Throughout the night she made sure we had our food, always a drink in our hands, and even let me borrow a fan when I got really warm from dancing. She made us feel so cared for. And, of course, our absolutely phenomenal planner and day of coordinator, Becca. What a dream she was to work with. Becca was so thoughtful and considerate from our very first meeting all the way until an hour after we left when I couldn't find my wallet and she knew exactly where it was in our backpack. She kept me calm and collected, and anytime I thought an issue arose, she had already taken care of it. I don't know how she did it, truthfully but we are eternally grateful for her. I wish I could better articulate how great she is, because I was blown away. She does such a big job, and I never saw her without a smile. This team really made us feel so comfortable and cared for, it was more like working with a team of friends. We cannot thank everyone enough.

Our Son, Elijah & new Daughter-in-Law, Maddie were married at your venue, Monday, the 18th of May. Everything went swimmingly. There are always items you wish were better hashed out between the vendors. i.e.: Bride and groom being served first, before any quests. No paper towels in the bathrooms - only the hand blow dryer recycling feces into the air & onto your clean hands. The tiny groom room left much to be desired. No running water, or air conditioning. And no one had access to that room without chasing down an employee to get the keycode. All in all the venue was great - just not very accommodating for the grooms side of the party.
