Chateau Hiddenwood

The house itself is pretty and has a nice, woodsy feel. It could definitely be dressed up nicely for a small wedding. That said, the parking situation was really frustrating. You can’t park on the street, and the driveway doesn’t fit many cars, so getting everyone parked was stressful and leaving afterward was even worse. Accessibility is also a big issue. The venue isn’t wheelchair-friendly, and guests in wheelchairs had to sit in the driveway and watch the ceremony from a distance, which was really disappointing. There were also several cats roaming around the property during the event. Some people may not mind, but it could be an issue for guests with allergies or for anyone expecting a more controlled space, so it’s something worth knowing ahead of time.

Beautiful home! My family and I stayed here for our Christmas holiday. It was magical! The home is stunning. It was very comfortable, had everything we needed for cooking and sleeping. It has a great fire pit for family laughs and s’mores. The kids fished in the little pond and we even took the little boat out for a paddle. It was so fun! Highly recommend!

We got married here at the end of September and we are still hearing so many compliments on the venue almost two months later! It was the only place we toured and we fell in love with the vision of having a small wedding and having our dearest and nearest family and friends stay with us for the entire weekend. We had a great experience with Taylor and then with Hannah on the day of, and loved having our special day here. Would 100% recommend it if you’re thinking of having an intimate wedding and want a homey, relaxed feel to your day!

Brandi was a life saver and was very quick+professional in getting things organized. Everything turned out perfect and I was able to relax the moment she showed up. The venue was very nice, I do wish the path to the altar was maintained better. We had to move some bricks around to make the steps easier. Overall a great experience.
