Cross Creek Ranch

Book this venue for a stress free wedding. I got married here March 29. Cross creek ranch was absolutely amazing!!! If I could recommend one thing from my wedding to any other bride it would be booking this venue. From day one the staff of ccr has been absolutely amazing! I was so anxious during the planning process but the coordinators are experts in the field and will guide you through the entire process. The planning meeting/ picking out colors and details was so helpful. We went with the all inclusive package and are so grateful we did. During my wedding day the florist took what I would call artistic liberty…. adding bright yellow roses that I absolutely hated. Luckily once our coordinator Crystal learned about this she took charge and let me know that some of the florals from the larger arrangements created by the venue could be used for our bouquets. She then completely reworked our bouquets and our large arrangements were still full and beautiful!! This was way above and beyond what we expected. The florals turned out amazing! I can’t stop looking at photos of them. In addition our officiant was running late and I didn’t know about it until after the wedding because they took care of it without stressing me out. During the rehearsal we brought additional decor items and the wedding day everything was already set up beautifully! This venue really takes all the worry and stress out of the wedding day. We booked Chris Brown as our DJ and they worked together beautifully! We were prompted and guided for everything. Crystal had our plates ready for dinner, drinks ready for toasts, guided our rehearsal, guided our cake cutting and cake photos, among other things. Everything is wheelchair accessible which was surprisingly hard to find in a venue. My little sister is in a wheelchair and had absolutely no problems navigating. I also appreciated this venue had plans in case of rain that were all beautiful!

Cross Creek Ranch was the best decision we made for our wedding! They made the wedding planning process so much easier, were so patient when we had questions, and their preferred vendors list was a huge help while we researched other vendors. The venue itself is gorgeous, but the team running it is what makes it really special. Heather was our MVP from start to finish, and made it so we didn’t worry about a thing on our big day. After the wedding, we got multiple comments from our close family and wedding party about how great Heather is. Thank you for making our wedding day perfect!

We truly could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day at Cross Creek Ranch. From the moment we arrived, everything felt absolutely magical. The venue is breathtaking—every detail, from the natural scenery to the beautifully maintained spaces, created the most romantic and timeless atmosphere. The staff was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. They were organized, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our day special. Everything ran so smoothly, which allowed us to be fully present and soak in every moment without stress. Our guests are still raving about how stunning the venue was and how seamlessly everything flowed. It was truly the wedding of our dreams, and Cross Creek Ranch played such a huge role in making that happen. If you’re looking for a venue that is not only beautiful but also delivers an amazing experience from start to finish, this is it. We are so grateful and will cherish these memories forever!

This venue was a DREAM! The owner and planers/coordinators were insanely fast to respond, super flexible with our evolving design ideas, and very straight forward about pricing and options! Everything we experienced at Cross Creek Ranch was top notch! The best part about this venue is that they offer full planning and event setup/takedown which was huge for us - they also take care of everything - tables, chairs, linens, napkins, napkins rings/chargers, glassware, catering FLORALS AND CENTERPIECES, and honestly just about anything else you want. Leaving the bride just to focus on all the fun design/aesthetic (which I had a little too much fun with!) Heather and Katie were right there planning with me, really saw the vision, and executed it beyond my dreamiest dreams! Our wedding wouldn’t have happened or at least wouldn’t have been half as beautiful if we hadn’t found this venue and team. I cannot recommend this venue enough!!
