I had a chance to meet the owner and one of her workers that checked me out and they were truly nice, Thank you all so much.

My boyfriend have been ordering flowers from this store many times for the past 2 years. Recently he ordered a bouquet for me which supposed to have 10 peonies and no any other flowers then some little green for decoration. He paid almost $400 for the arrangement. It was delivered around 3 pm. First of all I was disappointed as arrangement didn’t contain only peonies- it had just few of them and others were unknown ugly fully bloomed flowers (first picture). Next day I woke up early in the morning and arrangement was already dead (2 and 3rd picture). I contacted store and dispute providing pictures the store owner refused to refund for the dead bouquet. I am just in shock how they are still having their business. Please never ever order in this store- all you bet is a bad arrangement and disrespectful attitude.

Elizabeth did wonders making my wife's surprise come true. She took my idea and made it happen! My wife loves Christmas trees and roses. As a result, she made a wonderful Christmas rose tree! Absolutely gorgeous!
