The Carlisle Room

Ashley and Tom’s wedding reception at The Carlisle Room was absolutely beautiful. Between the venue’s stunning Art Deco atmosphere, an incredible vendor team, and a couple who seemed straight out of a rom-com, the entire evening was a vibrant celebration of their story. Every corner of the space offered something visually interesting to photograph, and the room felt elegant without losing any of the warmth or personality of the celebration. It was such an honor to document their reception in this iconic Dallas venue!

As an interfaith wedding rabbi and officiant, I have officiated weddings in many memorable venues over the years. What struck me about The Carlisle Room was that it possesses a sense of character and glamour that cannot be replicated. From the moment guests entered the space, there was a feeling of stepping into another era. The Art Deco architecture, soaring ceilings, marble details, and dramatic design elements created an atmosphere that felt both elegant and distinctive. Some venues require extensive decoration to make an impression. The Carlisle Room already has a personality all its own. As someone who spends a great deal of time observing how a setting shapes a wedding experience, I appreciated that the venue provided a sense of occasion without ever overshadowing the couple. The room offered a stunning backdrop while still allowing the focus to remain where it belonged: on the people gathered to celebrate. What I remember most was the atmosphere. The staff was professional, attentive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the event. Their hospitality matched the quality of the surroundings and helped create a seamless experience for everyone involved. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the space was, and the catering was beyond delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My husband and I got married at The Carlisle Room on January 31,2026. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Both the ceremony room and reception areas were absolutely gorgeous. Jennifer was great to work with, always in communication with us and answered any questions we had. The food was excellent, we still have people commenting on how delicious it was and telling us it’s the best wedding they’ve been to!
