The Hall of State in Dallas is a majestic venue renowned for its masterful Art Deco design and rich Texas symbolism. Visitors marvel at the limestone columns, intricate Aztec-motif ceilings, and the grand gold leaf medallion that showcase meticulous craftsmanship. Beyond its architectural splendor, the venue hosts engaging cultural events and exhibits that celebrate heritage and history. This landmark offers an inspiring and monumental backdrop for tours, performances, and special occasions.

2 weeks agoAs a wedding photographer, The Hall of State is one of the most visually striking venues I've had the opportunity to photograph in Dallas. The architecture, grand staircases, Art Deco details, and dramatic interiors create an incredible backdrop for couples who want their wedding photos to feel cinematic, timeless, and editorial. Every space feels intentional and photographs beautifully, whether you're capturing emotional moments, formal portraits, or creative artistic imagery. I recently photographed Matthew & Acacia's wedding here, and it quickly became one of my favorite venues to shoot. The variety of locations throughout the building allowed us to create a gallery that felt elevated, unique, and full of character from start to finish. I've included a few images from their Matthew & Acacia's wedding day at the Hall of State!
